• We submited in Elvas Municipality a four star hotel project, wiht Carbono Zero goal! A 4,5 millions euros investment from ‘El Cristo’ Group.

• The tourism sector continues to grow, we concluided one more project in the countryside, located in Avis, north Alentejo.

2019

June

• The ‘Cool Guest House’, a tourism unit located in Elvas old town, startes his activity. A Connective Architects project, we are working hard in the tourism sector.

April

• Connective Architects promoted the ‘Connective Talks’, an open talk about Tourism Real Estate Investments.

• Started the construction work of the glamping ‘Gavião Nature Village’, a 1,5 millions euros investment, designed by Connective Architects.

• Event for the presentation of the architetural projects, of two Guest Houses, in Elvas Old Quarter, designed by Connective Architects.

• ‘Elvas House’, a Connective Architects project, is present in the exhibition, A Photography Practise Under X-Ray, of the photographer Fernando Guerra, in Lisbon ‘Centro Cultural de Belém’.

• Event for the presentation of the new food court space in Lisbon Airport, designed by Connective Architects, this sapce recives 18 millions users per year.

• School activity wiht students in Elvas, about Green Architetecture, with the construction of a small greenhouse.
